With a professional career spanning nearly thirty years, Ms. Carr has applied her solutions-based orientation to help organizations identify and define complex problems and develop practical solutions and meaningful business improvements. Ms. Carr’s background in corporate executive leadership, change management, and product development make her an exceptional project architect.
Ms. Carr offers experience in conceptualizing and managing the development of ground-breaking risk management products that have significantly re engineered age old business processes, while also facilitating the development of business integration processes. Known for fostering teamwork and cooperation, Ms. Carr is also an experienced strategic and business planner, accomplished research analyst, project manager and facilitator.
Ms. Carr leads technology development, risk management, research, and product development engagements.
Darius Grayson
Consulting Manager
Mr. Grayson offers more than 25 years of consulting and mortgage finance experience. He manages consulting engagements and a geographically disbursed team across the United States. A well respected expert in compliance, Mr. Grayson manages the execution of Ginnie Mae Issuer and Document Custodian compliance reviews as well as the training of new Issuers.
Allen Jones
Principal
Mr. Jones is known as a strategist, an alliance builder, a marketer, a product developer, and an implementer. His background in these areas enables Mr. Jones to recognize market trends and opportunities for our customers.
Mr. Jones has served at HUD in two presidential administrations, led the FHA/VA business for a top five bank, and plays a key role in developing alliances with suppliers, vendors, information providers, trade associations, and government regulators that are necessary to create new product lines and distribution channels. He has led and developed strategic planning, marketing, program assessment, and budgeting processes for multi-million dollar lines of business.
Mr. Jones leads marketing, outreach, social media and FHA/VA engagements.
